REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read and speak English, comprehend and carry out instructions given verbally and in writing

• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Internet searches, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

• Team oriented and able to work with a variety of different personalities

• Communicates well and in a timely fashion in person, via phone, email, and radio with managers, co-workers, tower owners, auditors, and customers

• Basic construction experience

• Punctual and honest with a high work ethic

• Able to handle physically demanding activities in a timely fashion

• Adaptable and welcome change

• Able to handle long periods of time in all types of weather conditions

• Extended travel as needed (This means time away from your significant other & possible weekends)

• Climb and perform work at various heights, up to 400 feet, for long periods of time (8+ hours)

• Must be able to repeatedly stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift up to 50+ lbs.

• Pull own body weight, plus equipment-weight, up a vertical tower repeatedly for long periods of time

• May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

• Mechanically inclined & a problem solver

• Takes direction well and is able to follow directions from their Team Leader

• Possess a good driving history / valid driver’s license
