Possessing almost 20 yrs. of HR experience at the executive level, Kelly joined Flat Wireless in 2009. During her tenure as Director of HR for Flat Wireless, she led the HR functions for approximately 500 network and retail employees within the states of TX, CA, AZ, NM, and CO. In addition, Kelly strategically partnered with senior leadership in multiple territory acquisitions, mergers, and start-ups while serving as the Vice President of HR for Reed Beverage. Prior to joining Flat Wireless, Kelly was a Contract Analyst at Williams Communications. While at Williams Communications, she assisted in the negotiation of multi-million dollar domestic and international fiber optic sales and purchasing contracts. Negotiating counterparts included noted industry leaders such as Quest, Leap, and Light Year, among others. Kelly earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship, graduating summa cum laude, from Jones International University. She also holds a B.A. from The University of Tulsa.  In addition, Kelly is senior level certified in human resources and The Predictive Index for behavioral assessment testing. She is past president of the Panhandle Human Resources Association.
