With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Kevin was responsible for the creation and formation of Flat Wireless, LLC in 2007.  Flat Wireless built a 4G wireless network covering approximately 2M people in tier 2 and tier 3 markets in the States of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and California.  Flat Wireless operated approximately 100 retail stores offering prepaid wireless services using the DBA of Cleartalk.  He previously served as CFO for PTA-FLA, a private company with a market value of approximately 50M and negotiated the sale of the company in November 2007 to Metro PCS.  He spent 6 years with Alamosa Holdings, Inc. located in Lubbock, Texas, the largest Sprint affiliate, and served as VP of Finance. Kevin was integral in the purchase and integration of other Sprint affiliate companies with a market capitalization of $700M and served as a key point of contact for due diligence work on the sale of Alamosa Holdings for $4.3B to Sprint in February 2006.  Kevin also dedicated 6 years of his career at Southwestern Bell Wireless as Regional Manager of Network Finance.  Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting from Texas A&M University College Station, Texas in 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
